Wynyard Retail and Trade Park

Wynyard Retail and Trade Park is located next to a major interchange on the A19(T), a north-south route that is part of the strategic road network connecting the Tees Valley to the rest of the Northeast and Yorkshire, and is connected by road with the A1(M) which is accessible within 10 minutes via the A689 (a part of the Major Road Network). The site also has good rail, air and train links.

Offices and larger industrial and distribution premises are set within a high-quality landscaped setting, adjacent to the site. The wider Wynyard area includes prestige homes, a championship golf course, a historic manor hall and gardens with spa, educational facilities and picturesque woodland walks.

Planning permission has been obtained for 50,000 sq ft of retail space and a 45,000 sq ft trade park next to the Stockton business park. The first phase of development began in May 2024 with the site expected to be fully operational by May 2025.

As well as offering high quality trade and retail opportunities, the development incorporates renewable energy measures within the scheme, including EV charging points and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) which will store energy from solar panels and release it when demand requires.
