Wynyard Retail and Trade Park is located next to a major interchange on the A19(T), a north-south route that is part of the strategic road network connecting the Tees Valley to the rest of the Northeast and Yorkshire, and is connected by road with the A1(M) which is accessible within 10 minutes via the A689 (a part of the Major Road Network). The site also has good rail, air and train links.
