Renewables

On-site renewable, low and zero-carbon technologies form part of our strategy to deliver a net zero portfolio by 2030, whilst ensuring our buildings are more sustainable, resilient, and occupant-focused.

Northumberland Estates offers solar as standard on all new commercial properties, allowing tenants access to a cost-effective green energy supply that demonstrates a positive commitment to sustainability.

Commercial sites will also benefit from plans to extend our EV infrastructure, integrating electric-vehicle charging into existing building and grid infrastructure and providing better amenities and fit-for-purpose commercial premises.
